Extruded Spaghetti with Tomatoes

Inspect your extruder tool. It features an extrusion barrel, screw plunger, and interchangeable disc plates.

First, twist off the bottom cap of the extruder cylinder.

Second, place your multi-hole noodle screen plate into the bottom cap.

Third, twist the top crank handle to retract the plunger and open the inner chamber.

Next, roll a smooth cylinder log of beige clay and insert it into the extruder barrel.

Then screw the cap with your noodle plate firmly back onto the barrel.

Next, twist the crank in the opposite direction until resistance is felt and extrusion starts.

Soon your long spaghetti noodles will flow steadily out of the disc holes!

Use your craft blade to cleanly slice off the noodles at the base of the extruder plate.

Shape a bowl from white polymer clay using your hands or press into a mini silicone muffin mold.

Swirl and arrange the fresh noodles inside the bowl using a toothpick.

Lastly, roll out red polymer clay, chop into miniature tomato cubes, and arrange on top of the pasta with a toothpick!
